Talia Kelman joined the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Tel Aviv as an Office and Events Manager in September 2020. She is responsible for office administration and general office management. Her additional duties include organisational support for public events and communication and media outreach.

Prior to joining Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Talia had been engaged in enrichment and empowerment educational activities as part of the Karev Program for Educational Involvement. The role included active instruction in primary schools in the field of agriculture and environmental sustainability as well as curriculum planning and development.  Talia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from the IED in Milano, Italy, and had worked in that field for many years.
