Sharon Winer joined the finance department of the Heinrich Böll Foundation Israel at the end of 2018, where she works as a bookkeeper. Her responsibilities include the financial and accounting aspects of the foundation's work in Israel. Prior to joining the HBS team, Sharon worked as a Finance Director at Physicians for Human Rights, at the New Israel Fund and other NGO’s.  Sharon has a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
