Talia Kelman is the Office and Events Manager at the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Tel Aviv office, where she has worked since September 2020. Since January 2026, she has also been co-leading the Arts and Culture component. Her work includes office administration, event coordination, and communication and outreach.

She has a background in industrial design. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked in educational enrichment within the Karev Program for Educational Involvement. She holds a BA in Industrial Design from IED Milano
