Sharon Winer has been part of the Heinrich Böll Foundation since 2018, stepping into her role as Finance Coordinator (FIKO) in 2025. With 25 years of experience in the civil society sector, her background includes key financial roles at Physicians for Human Rights and the New Israel Fund. Since January 2026, she is co-leading the Arts and Culture component alongside her financial responsibilities.
