Martin Fertmann is a Junior Researcher at the Leibniz-Institute for Media Research | Hans- Bredow-Institut and a Ph.D. Fellow at the Center for Law in Digital Transformation at the University of Hamburg. His research focusses on the content governance systems of large tech companies and the ways in which these systems process and challenge international human rights law.
