Dr. Ayelet Oz is the Executive Director of the Hotline for Refugees and Migrants, Israel's leading organization protecting the rights of refugees, migrants, and victims of human trafficking. The Hotline's advocacy work is being supported by HBS since 2005.

Ayelet previously served as the Director of the Administrative Law Division at the Public Defender's Office in the Ministry of Justice.  She holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees, both from Tel Aviv University, and a Doctorate of Juridical Science from Harvard University.
