Christian Djeffal

Christian Djeffal is Assistant Professor for Law, Science and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. At the Munich Center for Technology in Society and at the TUM School of Governance, he researches and lectures on the relationship between law and technology, focusing on new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT). Christian Djeffal studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and at University College London. In 2010, he was a visiting scholar at the Amsterdam Center for International Law at the University of Amsterdam, and in 2012 at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge as well as at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg and in 2019 at the University of Zurich.
