Andrzej Ceglarz works at Renewables Grid Initiative (RGI) as a Senior Manager of Socio-Energy Systems. Previously, he was a researcher in the INSPIRE-Grid project at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). In his work, he combines aspects from social and political reality with the functioning of energy systems. In this context, he leads the PAC project, which deals with civil society-designed energy scenarios for Europe, as well as the two Horizon 2020 projects: SENTINEL and WHY, which aim to improve existing and develop new energy models by incorporating the perspectives of different stakeholders. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Wrocław and is completing a PhD from the Bavarian School of Public Policy at the Technical University of Munich.
