Ben Fargeon is a researcher at the “Arab Society in Israel” program at the Israel Democracy Institution. Fargeon holds an M.A in sociology from Ben Gurion University. His main fields of research are inequalities in the Israeli education system and the integration of the Arab community in the Israeli workforce.
