Juljan Krause is a PhD Researcher in Computer Science and Policy Associate at the University of Southampton. His research interests revolve around the cybersecurity and governance challenges of quantum computing and quantum communication with a view to great-power competition between the US and China. Juljan holds a scholarship from the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
